June 13th, 2008 Posted in Site ReviewsYou must have heard of Daddy Lamar surely! No? Well let me tell you that if you’re into older, more mature and experienced guys then you should have heard of Daddy. Check his site and you’ll be completely satisfied with his classic, world renown content.
Like his video collection. There are sixty episodes here featuring Daddy and other sexy older guys. You have a good choice of connection speeds for the downloads but you will need to make sure you have the latest Windows Media Player and plug-ins in order to view them. The scenarios are varied, with Daddy and his older friends in most of them but some do involve younger guys with the old dads too. And whoever said that old guys can’t have sex? These fifty, sixty and maybe even older men prove that not only are they hungry for sex but they’re still willing and able to get it.
The stories in the vids are varied and there’s very little in the way of repetition. Here you have scenes with an older white guy and two black guys, threesomes, couples of different ages, outdoor locations, cowboys, hard-core, anal scenes and even some S&M. You have a title and a screen shot to help you decide and after that a write up, links to the actors’ other details and a link to where you can buy the full DVD that the scene is taken from. There is also a great feature called Read Story where the events of the shoot are outlined for you with screen shots of the best bits of the action. I like this as it takes you through the event so you can then decide if you want to buy or download the entire DVD. Each of the scenes featured on the site has one of these on-line stories with them and whether you use them as a reference or an erotic read you’ll find them enjoyable and fun.
Now we come to a problem. I have to admit that I did have trouble viewing some of the movies to start with until I got the hang of it. When clicking the links to the scenes in one of the three speeds, I got only blank pages. But when you right click and save target as… you get a quickly downloading .asx file. For a while I thought this was some kind of error as I am used to downloading large files that contain the movie. What this actually is, is a link up to the on-line movie. Open it and your media player opens, connects and then starts streaming the movie. Maybe you’re already familiar with this way of doing things but if you are not then some explanatory text on the site would have been helpful.
What is good about the movies though, apart from their content, the hunky older guys and hard sex, is that some of them run for a full half hour – maybe longer, I didn’t see all of them. So make your selection, sit back, let it run and stand by to blow your load.
Although I found the videos a bit tricky to get to grips with at first I still enjoyed hem. But I was amazed at the image gallery collection though and had no trouble with this feature at all. Select a category from the 46 on offer and you’ll get a viewer to the right and the list of (rather small) thumbnails to the left. Then it’s just a question of clicking away and enjoying the well taken and reasonable sized images. Just out of interest I browsed through the ‘young studs’ area first. There were around 500 individual images here and they were kind of random, coming from many different sources I guess. I was just interested to see what ‘younger’ meant on this site and it certainly means younger than Daddy – between twenty and thirty at a rough guess. There were some nice shots of guys I’ve seen elsewhere but who are always worth seeing again. The other categories are varied and include couples, bears, bald guys, chubby, muscle men and of course daddies. It’s a big and varied collection with the emphasis staying on the older guy. You could spend hours in the galleries just flicking from one random shot to the next. As the thumbnails are so small you don’t really know what or who you will get next which can be kind of fun; there are none of those pages that you have to scroll through before the guy gets his kit off either so that’s also a bonus – unless you like those pages that is.
Talk about detail, some of these genres of pics are things like tan lines where each guy you see has clearly been sunbathing; there is a red head section which makes a nice change from the usual and red head guys do tend to have big strong dicks I always find – when I am lucky enough to find one. There are some sexy smoother guys too to give you a break from the bears and fur, more hard muscled and older studs who are either naturally smooth or shaved and there are other fetish categories too like piercings and water sports, so a little bit of everything and something for everyone.
The other features of the site will involve more money I’m afraid. You can stream the movie clips as we discovered but they’re protected so you can only watch them as long as you are a member and on line. If you want to start a collection you can go to the shop where you’ll find fifteen Daddy Lamar DVDs for sale; there are also packs and deals with two DVDs sold together. Each DVD comes with a write up and details of the scenes that are in it. The titles of the scenes are the same as they were in the streaming videos area so you can easily identify which scenes you liked before and make sure you order the appropriate title. You have a choice of formats with VHS also being available on some titles and an average cost for a full length movie would be $44.95 plus the shipping costs.
Once I’d looked around the DVD store I had to back out to the site again as I couldn’t find an easy link back to it but I hadn’t gone far so that wasn’t too much of a problem. Once there I investigated the pay per view area which was actually an internal link into DRMPOD. I was taken straight to the daddy content as you’d expect but there are many more categories here than just the dads. Just out of interest I tried downloading a movie (I hadn’t bought any tokens) and found that I could.
So, all in all, you get all kinds of goodies here with the main emphasis being on the older, bear type guy. The exclusive videos run for a good time once you work out how to view them and the images, though not exclusive, are a big, good collection of all kinds of content. Apart from a couple of navigation issues the site is easy to use and everything flows well. For those of us who love the older, more experienced man then this is a site you can’t afford to miss. Daddy knows what he’s doing and he’s waiting for you to come and see all his hot, older man action.
